This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and security measures undertaken by Self-employed Maksimov Andrey Leonidovich (TIN 780622251627), hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".
1.1. The Operator's most important goal is to comply with human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator obtains about Users of the website https://runtrener.ru and the "Your Running Coach" service (Telegram bot).
1.3. The Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service (https://runtrener.ru/oferta-en.html).
1.4. Unconditional Consent (Acceptance):
Beginning to use the Service, including clicking the "Start" (/start) button in the Telegram bot, registering on the website, or making a payment, means the User's unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must immediately stop using the Service.
The Operator processes the following categories of personal data:

3.1. Providing access to the "Your Running Coach" Service functionality and fulfilling the Terms of Service.
3.2. Processing payments and sending electronic receipts in accordance with Federal Law No. 422-FZ (Professional Income Tax).
3.3. Providing technical support and processing User requests.
3.4. Improving Service quality, user experience analytics.
3.5. Ensuring security and preventing fraudulent activities.

5.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by Russian Federation legislation and partners ensuring the Service operation.

To generate recommendations, the Service uses APIs of foreign artificial intelligence providers: OpenAI and Anthropic. When sending a request, anonymized text data and technical metadata are transferred to servers located in the United States.
5.4. Strava Integration:
When connecting Strava integration, the User grants the Service access to training data through the Strava API. Data is used exclusively for forming personalized recommendations and progress analysis. The User may revoke access at any time through Strava settings.
5.5. Data transfer is carried out based on User consent (Section 1.4 of the Policy) and in accordance with Presidential Decree of the Russian Federation No. 378 of May 1, 2023. The Operator takes measures to minimize the volume of transferred data (anonymization).
6.1. All data is transferred via secure encryption protocol (TLS/HTTPS).
6.2. Data storage is carried out in the protected Yandex Cloud perimeter (Russian Federation).
6.3. The Operator does not have access to Users' full payment data.
6.4. Access to the Service administrative panel is protected by two-factor authentication.
7.1. Personal data is stored during the period of Service use and for 3 (three) years after the end of use.
7.2. Upon receiving a data deletion request or consent withdrawal, data is deleted within 30 days, except for data whose storage is mandatory by law.

9.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally.
9.2. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website.
9.3. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes means acceptance of them.
